Meet Your Sitter Before You Schedule

We believe that you and your pet should feel as comfortable as possible with your sitter before our scheduled service takes place. That’s why we offer a free in-home consultation before your first service begins. This gives everyone a chance to get to know each other and make sure that this is a good fit.

You’ll Get The Same Trusted Sitter Every Time

When you schedule a service with us, we’ll partner you with a primary and back-up pet sitter based on your needs and schedule. You’ll have the chance to meet these nearby sitters and once you approve of them, we’ll assign them to your account. Any time you schedule services thereafter, you’ll receive care from your primary or back-up sitter. This way you know your pet is getting care from someone you (and they) know, trust, and like every time.

Most of my life, I’ve been proudly known as a cat lady, now also known as the snail lady! I’ve rarely met an animal I didn’t like. My house was filled with cats and dogs, country frogs, iguanas, and lizards, all of whom I adored.
As a budding college student, I adopted 7 cats, all of them rescues in one form or another. Those kitties taught me much about feline temperaments and special needs. I’ve cared for everything from kittens to senior cats, and administered pills, injections, liquid meds, cones of shame, and specially mixed foods. I’m fluent in meow-ese, and skilled at finding the right scritch spots for every cat. Currently, I have 2 domestic shorthairs. One of them was a hoarding-home rescue and now she’s the queen of the house! My other cat is an endearing love sponge that magically appears on any lap without the lap owner’s knowledge. He’s deaf, but we talk constantly. His meows put tornado sirens to shame.
A couple summers ago, we won carnival goldfish, and I vowed to give them a better life. That unleashed my fervent passion for aquatic life. 8 fish tanks later, I now have loads of freshwater fish (guppies, endlers, female bettas, tetras, danios, and corydoras).I also have and breed colorful mystery snails. If the fish could talk they would tell you the snails get most of my attention. My children definitely agree with this! As an aquarium enthusiast, I’m well versed at feeding limited and varied diets to community tanks, administering medications, quarantining fish, and doing copious water changes. I also know how important it is to care for and maintain these delicate water worlds. We can’t kiss and snuggle our aquatic pets, but I know how much we love them. Yes, I coo and talk to them all at my home, and I’ll do the same for yours.
I’m located in Fitchburg, Wisconsin, and would be happy to help care for pets in the Fitchburg, Verona, West Madison, and Middleton areas.

I’ve grown up with dogs since I was 12 years old (I’m now 25), and I grew up with 2 small dogs named Coco & Pancho. Sadly, Coco passed away in 2017 from cancer. My second dog, Pancho who was a tad bit younger then Coco, is a teddy bear who is now 13 years old and went blind recently months ago. It was definitely a change for me and Pancho, but he’s still the same handsome Pancho that I know and we are still together and happy and that’s all that matters. One of my favorite times of the day is to simply hanging out with Pancho, and making sure that he’s happy & okay. Overall, I love dogs of all ages & sizes. I’m honestly a big dog lover, and probably more myself with dogs than with people. I have a lot of experience with dogs of different sizes and breeds; my mom and sister both have their own dogs named Tigre and Prada, so we are a big dog lover family! I’m really happy that I would be able to help out pet parents and their doggos!

Jordan

Hello! My name is Jordan, and I am a pet sitter in the Madison area. As someone who grew up with pets most of my life, I am so excited to spend time caring for your pet(s)! Growing up I had a golden retriever, chihuahua, and a few labs. I’ve also worked in a pediatric unit as a care coordinator for our pet therapy program. In my spare time I love hiking, working out and spending time with family. I find pets to be part of the family, so I know how important it is they are cared for while you’re gone! I look forward to meeting you and your pet!

In my professional journey, I’ve managed a doggy daycare, engaging in every aspect of pet care. This experience has sharpened my skills in understanding and addressing the individual needs of each pet. My expertise extends to training both puppies and adult dogs in beginner to intermediate commands, always with an abundance of patience, especially for those requiring extra guidance. Working closely with local rescues and my role in fostering several dogs, including handicapped and senior ones, has enriched my experience with animals. I’ve been taught valuable lessons in earning a dog’s trust and respecting their space and boundaries. My key skills include recognizing and catering to the unique needs of each animal, ensuring quality interactions through my genuine love and comfort, and my adaptability and problem-solving abilities in diverse situations.
